SERVICES / DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT

Applications for your operations

A shared place for data, responsibilities and the next steps that keep a team moving.

Prepare a brief

THE RIGHT CONTEXT

What needs to work better?

For teams working across messages, spreadsheets and disconnected tools. We clarify the work before designing the dashboard.

We define users, data and states, then implement workflows and permissions. We work in versions the team can review through concrete scenarios.

A CONCRETE SCOPE

What the project can include

Deliverables are defined in the proposal. This list explains the types of work, rather than a fixed package or standard price.

  1. Workflow maps, a data model and interfaces for the agreed activities.

  2. Application features, data validation and the access roles defined for the project.

  3. Agreed APIs and integrations, including failures and empty states.

  4. Verification scenarios, user instructions and a handover and operating plan.

HOW WE DELIVER

Clear decisions at each stage

  1. Clarify the context

We discuss users, data, tools and blockers, and define the scope before preparing a proposal.

  2. Make the direction visible

Structure and prototypes let you review the journey and important interfaces.

  3. Build in stages

We implement the agreed features, including normal, empty and error states.

  4. Verify and hand over

We review the agreed criteria and prepare documentation, access and responsibilities.

PREPARATION

What we need from you

  • Anonymised examples of activities and documents, including exceptions that block the team.
  • User roles and rules about who can view or change data.
  • Context about existing tools and access for integrations in a verification environment.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

How we verify the result

  • Each role can complete permitted activities, and restricted actions are rejected by the server.
  • Creating, changing and retrieving data is checked against the agreed scenarios.
  • Errors and empty states are explained, and handover includes operating responsibilities.

Scenarios, environments and responsibilities are agreed for the project. Launch is confirmed as a separate step.

EXPLORE THE IDEA

Sevrim Desk

A graphite and blue workspace connected to an online demo server: persistent requests, four stages, access roles and a deliverables portal.

A concept for a fictional brand, not work attributed to a client.
