Automation workflow / fictional concept

Flow AILess repetition. A visible decision point.

A mint and teal direction for a step-by-step workflow: request, classification, review and draft.

Try the demo

The existing interactive demo is in Romanian. This study and its interface illustrations are available in English.

THE NEED WE EXPLORE

Where the concept starts

A repetitive activity is hard to assess when automation looks like a black box. The concept makes the stages and human approval point visible.

DESIGN DECISIONS

Why it looks and works this way

One step at a time

The current and completed stages have distinct states that do not rely on colour alone.

Review is a condition

The demonstration requires confirmation of review before continuing. Approval is not hidden inside an animation.

Concrete scenarios

Bookings, service requests and quoting use predefined examples. Changing the scenario restarts the journey.

THE EXISTING DEMONSTRATION

What you can try now

  • Choose a scenario and walk through the stages.
  • Try the human review step before continuing.
  • Read the demonstration draft and replay the workflow.

IMPLEMENTATION AND LIMITS

What is implemented

  • A React and TypeScript interface with predefined states and examples.
  • No AI model is called and no messages are sent.
  • The illustration on this page represents the process; the demo lets you walk through it.

FOR A REAL PROJECT

What needs defining and connecting

These are project requirements, not features the demonstration claims to provide.

  • Real APIs, tool access and runtime secret management.
  • Evaluation using relevant examples, including ambiguous cases.
  • Logs, duplicate handling, retries and approvals for external actions.
